Santa Cruz Syndicate’s Steve Peat celebrates his 50th career UCI Downhill podium by placing 2nd in the UCI World Cup Downhill in Mt. Ste. Anne, Quebec. Not a stellar weekend, but “Old School” pulled it together for the Syndicate and Minnaar is licking his wounds. Sam Hill takes the win and the leader’s jersey going into Bromont next week. After 3 weeks in Europe racing the World Cups I’m finally home to prepare for the World Champs in Australia in September.
The 4th Round of the Downhill World Cup was held in Fort William Scotland, as we all know that track is rough and long and really takes its toll on the bikes and the body.
